Shipping Area

We currently ship within Canada only.

Shipping Rates

* Standard Shipping: CAD $12.99
* Free Shipping: Available on orders of CAD $75.00 or more, before taxes and after discounts.

Shipping charges and free-shipping eligibility will be calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after the order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to the destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business days. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Carriers

We select an appropriate Canadian shipping carrier based on the destination, package size, and delivery requirements.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your address carefully before completing your order.

MIEYMASE is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photos, where applicable.

We will review the issue and assist with the carrier where possible. Carrier investigations and resolutions may require additional processing time.
